This data is primarily used in conjunction with other data to determine what VESCO (level I, II, III) regulations need to be applied to a given site. Average % slope and soils play a key roll in making that determination. On sites with highly erodible soils level one average percent slope is &amp;lt;10, level two 10 - &amp;lt;15, and level three is 15 - &amp;lt; 50. On sites with less erodible soils level one average percent slope is &amp;lt;15, Leve1 two is 15 - &amp;lt;30 and level three is 30 - &amp;lt;50.</idPurp>
