The Digital Terrain Model (DTM) represents the orthometric elevations of the earth\u2019s surface with all above ground features removed. It is created by first creating a TIN of ground classified lidar returns and converting the TIN to a raster at the desired resolution. The DTM is hydroflattened. <\/span><\/span>This is a 3-foot resolution version of the DTM, with pixel values in feet and a State Plane horizontal coordinate system. <\/span><\/span><\/p>
