OWTS Community Clusters were grouped based on parcels intersecting the APMP boundary and presence adjacent to a city sphere of influence or sanitation distraction, or those that share the same supervisor district, MAC, or resource conservation district (RCD). The RCD boundary was modified to include parcels which were excluded from the original RCD dataset.<\/span><\/p>

  • OWTSPermits: number of OWTS permits<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Acres: parcel acresin<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • OWTSDensityID: cluster ID for OWTS parcel density categories (see criteria report)<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • ClusterDensityExceeded: is maximum allowable density exceeded for density cluster?<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • GovCity: city majority of the parcel is within<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • GovWaterSys: water system majority of parcel is within<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • GovResourceConserv: resource conservation district majority of parcel is within<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • GovSupervisorMAC: supervisor MAC majority of parcel is within<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • GovSupervisorDist: supervisor district majority of parcel is within<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Wells100ft: is there a drinking water well within 100-ft of the parcel?<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • UtilityLineDistance: distance to closest utility line based on available data (see criteria report)<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • ElecEsmntPrcl: distance to closest electric easement parcel<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • GasEsmntPrcl: distance to closest gas easement parcel<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • MeanSlope: average slope (percent rise) on the parcel<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • RtngSepTnkDC: Rating for Septic Tank Absorption Fields - Dominant Condition<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • F2Floodplain: is the parcel in an F2 floodplain<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • F1Floodway: is the parcel in an F1 floodway<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • HUC12Name: name of the HUC12 watershed the parcel falls. Uses majority for parcels that fall in multiple.<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • OWTSCommunityID: community cluster ID<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • CommunityCluster: is the parcel in a community cluster?<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • CommunityGroup: what criteria was used to create the group<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • CommunityGrouping: the jurisdictions the parcel was grouped according to<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • TechRating: technical score rating for the parcel<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • CreatedDate: date analysis was run<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>
