The County of Sonoma maintains Tax Rate Area (TRA) data at the parcel level (APN) in coordination with the California State Board of Equalization (BOE). This layer contains all the speical districts. Access to and individual special district is done by defintion query in a GIS application.
<DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P STYLE="margin:0 0 11 0;"><SPAN>Roll Year TRA snapshots are based on parcels or groups of parcels for that same year and reflect the state of the parcels and TRA boundaries for the date indicated. While the parcels are becoming more stable with respect to technical corrections, nevertheless corrections continue to be made as they are found. Due to this ongoing improvement and updating of the parcels, prior and subsequent years may not line up exactly with their counterparts.</SPAN></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>
