snippet: Five percent slope value for the Santa Rosa Plain Only. This is a reclassified slope percent raster that was reclassified into 9 different ranges. This data is primarily used in conjunction with other data to determine what VESCO (level I, II, III) regulations need to be applied to a given site. Average % slope and soils play a key roll in making that determination. On sites with highly erodible soils level one average percent slope is <10, level two 10 - <15, and level three is 15 - < 50. On sites with less erodible soils level one average percent slope is <15, Leve1 two is 15 - <30 and level three is 30 - <50.
