Service Description: Cellular data was derived from the HIFLD recorded by the Federal Communications Commission (https://hifld-geoplatform.opendata.arcgis.com/datasets/0835ba2ed38f494196c14af8407454fb_0). A total of 23 cellular data infrastructure locations were used to create viewsheds. The digital elevation model used was the USGS 10M DEM. Observation elevation was derived using the USGS 10M DEM and structure heights were used to offset the observation points. A 10 feet offset was used to account for the height of broadband customer's structure (home).
