There are six MACs, representing three of the five supervisorial districts:</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>District 1 - North Sonoma Valley (adopted: 9/17/2019), Springs (adopted: 12/11/2018)</SPAN></P><P><SPAN>District 4 - Geyserville (adopted: 12/11/2018), Mark West Area (adopted: 4/18/2023)</SPAN></P><P><SPAN /><SPAN /><SPAN>District 5 - Lower Russian River (adopted: 9/25/2018), Sonoma County Coast (adopted: 9/25/2018)</SPAN></P><P STYLE="margin:0 0 0 0;"><SPAN>Unincorporated segments of the County have become increasingly municipal in nature, and now require an effective mechanism to communicate their needs to the Sonoma County Board of Supervisors (Board). Each MAC will represent the best interests of the entire community while acting as a bridge for communication between the County and residents and businesses on the following topics for the respective area and adhering to adopted governing Bylaws. Civic Services and Engagement is aimed at engaging and encouraging citizen participation in local government, and aligning public services with community needs and desires.
