Voter population centers were determined using the methodology used by Sacramento County outlined here (https://sacramentocounty.maps.arcgis.com/apps/MapJournal/index.html?appid=7d522d534df849e58c11418566919472#). As noted the criterion in the Senate Bill does not clarify what threshold qualifies as a "Population Center". Due to the demographic differences of Sacramento County and Sonoma County the parameters for the method used were slightly different. In this layer a population center is defined as any area with greater than 1,000 voters per cluster.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN /></P><P><SPAN /></P></DIV></DIV></DIV> |
