Description: <DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><DIV><DIV><P><SPAN>Layer was created to be used by the Registrar of Voters to aid in the determination of ballot drop box locations and voter information center locations in the upcoming 2020 election. Rather than using a heat map (Kernel Density) we chose to maintain the true values of registered voter data and perform a spatial join with .5 mile hexagons. This shows how many voters are within a .5 mile radius rather than relying on interpolation to determine densities.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN /></P></DIV></DIV></DIV>
