Description: Point layer containing signage assets owned and maintained by the Department of Transportation and Public Works, County of Sonoma. Primary data source of sign inventory is a table in Lucity (non-spatial database). This table is linked from the Lucity server and made available in our database as a view. This process reads the Road ID and postmile entries of each sign, and produces a feature class of points. Data includes location of sign (road name, road id, postmile, street side, sign direction, latitude/longitude, and x/y), content of sign (caption, MUTCD (Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices) code, and sign type), sign structure (position on post, post type, width, and offset).
